Japan's Official Development Assistance

Japan's Official Development Assistance (ODA) is second only to the World Bank in providing public funds for the energy sector to developing countries. Japan's ODA is primarily implemented by these Japanese institutions: the Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund, the Japan International Development Agency and the Export-Import Bank of Japan.
